Conference Center Leasing Guidelines

Availability:
The Conference Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for tenants and non-tenants. Our conference rooms encompass various room sizes to handle meetings small to large. Also, we have a theater (62 people capacity) and the elegant 31st floor with a beautiful view of the city. The conference rooms will be offered on a first-come, first served basis.
Scheduling:
Conference rooms can be scheduled in advance with Nikki Sinicrope, the Conference Center Manager at (412) 201-7303. Rooms can be available for half day and/or full day depending on your meeting needs. The building staff will complete conference room set-ups. All materials that need to be delivered to the conference center must be scheduled in advance with the Conference Center Manager.
Catering Services:
Catering is available and may be obtained through our catering service at Regional Enterprise Tower. The Conference Center Manager will be able to help you with your catering needs. Please note that we need final count one week prior to the function.
Use of your own catering company is permitted. Special guidelines are required and will be explained to you at the time of booking the conference center.

License Agreement and Deposits:
All conference room users will be required to execute and abide by the conference room license agreement. (A copy is included with this brochure). The Regional Enterprise Tower requires a small deposit for the room. Balance will be billed after your conference.

Equipment & Rental Usage:
At the Regional Enterprise Tower Conference Center our rooms are fully equipped with satellite televisions, projection screens, overhead projector, white boards, flip charts, and conference call capabilities. We offer the state of art AV equipment which is available at an additional cost.

Beverage Services:
Beverage stations are located on the 23rd and 31st floor (coffee, tea, soft drinks) and are included in the conference room fee.

Telephone & Business Services:
Conference room telephones are for local calls only. If you need to make long distance calls a calling card is to be used. Also, we can accommodate your conference call needs. Please ask the Conference Center Coordinator for details.
Also, for participants in your meeting, we have a telephone area to make personal calls. Please note - local calls only. For long distance calls a calling card or operator assistance will be required.
